Never ever accept a house which has its kitchen in the center. Always go for the south-east direction of the kitchen, because it suits it best. If there is a terrace attached to it it is too good for you.
Centrally located kitchens can heat up the whole house. And you cannot even install Air conditions because of the fear of it getting tripped because of the kitchen heat.
Kitchens should always be preferably with a window of their own-that is a must!
